We will need access to the social media accounts you want us to efficiently handle, manage posts, monitor campaigns, and track engagement to create content that aligns with your brand and followers' interests.
30 Minutes Kick off Meeting
A thirty-minute virtual Kick-Off meeting will be scheduled in which you will meet your account manager and the team. This meeting will help your team understand your brand and its goals so as to create strategies that work.
Social Media Platforms
We also need to know the social media platforms we will be handling for you, the days you want us to post on each, your brand guidelines and Imagery for each of these channels.

It is pretty simple, after you make payment, we will immediately book a kick-off meeting where we will discuss the details of your project. Here you will provide all information your account manager will need and they will be in touch to let you know they are getting started.
Is this for big businesses or startups?
All businesses need a solid social presence. We believe your brand should be seen regardless of size, and that is why we support your business, either big or startup, by helping you maintain a consistent presence on social media.
What if I'm in the Agriculture sector can you post contents specific to my industry?
Certain industries have special needs we can accommodate. For example, post listings for real estate professionals, and promotions for eCommerce sites. You can send us pictures or any special requests and we are happy to execute.
Can I provide a custom social calendar?
Yes - you can dictate the calendar. However, our experts will give recommendations.
Do you post content to my social media account?
Yes, we create, schedule, and post content to your brand account only.
Will you respond to comments left on my account?
No, we won't respond to your audience, we will be responsible for developing and posting content to establish your online presence. If however, you want us to respond to comments, DMs or even run occasional promos on your account(s), you can check out our Social Growth Playbook.
